  • Description

    Tree 25 m high. Clear bole 10 m, 25 cm dbh, without buttresses, outer bark greyish, deeply cracked with cracks rather wide apart, not peeling off. Inner bark 4 mm thick, reddish with little whitish exudate said to affect the skin. Sapwood cream-coloured. Fruit mature, dull green tinged yellow, flesh bright yellow, somewhat fibrous, with somewhat disagreeable smell, with fresh and slightly saurish, agreeable taste.
