Tree, c.t 40 m tall. Leaves firm, thinly coriaceous, glossy dark
green.
Fruits green, ’spines' with sticky colourless exudate.
Uses: Anti-ants
Material collected by 'canopy sledge' carried by hot-air dirigible
balloon (Opération radeau des cimes).
