LUSAKA.
Fairly dense woodland preserved as Arboretum.
Trees tall, undergrowth thick; of shrubs and
grasses. Partial shade, Terrain flat. Soil,
reddish. Early rainy season. Alt. A,000ft.
Erect 6 ins., leaves pale green. Flowers erect,
yellow. Bulb pale brown, root ditto, smooth.
Fairly frequent, singly and in groups.
