Tree, at least 35 m tall. Leaves papery, slightly glossy above,
beneath dull.
Calyx pink. Corolla dirty white. Flowers slightly fragrant.
Material collected by 'canopy sledge' carried by hot-air dirigible
balloon (Opération radeau des cimes).
