  • Description

    Green with yellowish slightly raised costae and prominent midrib. Petioles gradually thickened towards base; flattened above. Leaves when crushed with a disagreable smell. FIs. darkyellow; pedicels greenish-yellow; anthers whitish with yellowish, very small flaps. Ovary palegreen stigma slightly darker; style lightgreen. Older flowers turning brown. Fls. with a very sweet and aromatic smell. Common.
