    The transcriber has probably inferred the subdivision from Santa Cruz. Five Santa Cruz are in Statoids’ list of municipalities, but only one in Davao (in Davao del Sur). According to Statoids, "1967-05-08: Davao province (capital Davao) divided into Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur, and Davao Oriental provinces (implemented 1967-07-01).".
