    Much disturbed primary forest to 25 m high along margin of ladang. Terrain sloping. Thin layer of humus and laterite on conglomerate cemented by sandstone.

  • Description

    Solitary tree 25 m high. Fr. not mature, green. Clear bole 15m, 29 cm dbh, very straight without buttresses. Outer bark 0.2 mm thick, pale greyish, not fissured, not peeling off with paler lenticells. Inner bark 12 mm thick, ochre. Sapwood pale ochre gradually passing into the slightly darker heartwood.
