Sterile vine with red petioles. Forest on ridge top Psidium
cattleianum with scattered Metrosideros, Slopes with talus
Celtis-Meryta w/ Claoxylon, Sophora, Nesoluma, and Mysine,
Open slopes at top with Dicranopteris, Lycopodium, Sporobolus
and small P. cattleianum, and below Miscanthus.
