  • Description

    Tree 15 m, diam, 20 cm; bark smooth, greenish, grey with long tudinal stripes, membranaceous: living bark 5mm, white with large holes. Wood white, soft, Inflorescence light green. Flower pale green; female flower 2 cm diam., calyx lobes 8mm long; tubes 8mm diam.,8mm high; androgynophore pale green; sterile stamens pale brown. Male flower halfclosed 12 mm high, diam. 9 mm; anthers 4 mm long in one row. May grow to a tree of 40 m height and 80 cm diam.
