Field Chan Tree about 30 m tall, dbh 80 cm,
buttresses low, rounded 30-40 cm high, 50 cm
out, slash dark maroon-red; flowers green. Tree
leafless with flowers only. Male plant.

Habitat: Premontane forest along ridge and
slopes with a number of deciduous
species, canopy height 25-30 m.
