Habitat:
Mixed dipterocarp forest, associates include
Euphorbiaceae, Dilleniaceae, Myrtaceae,
Burseraceae. Red clay soil.
Field Char:
Tree 5 m tall, 8 cm dbh. Outer bark greyish-brown.
Inner bark pale orange. Venation beneath strongly
raised, tertiary veins distinct. Petals cream-yellow.
Stamens yellow, dehissed anthers orange. Fruit
green.
