Erin Tripp & Kyle Dexter, 19 April 2017 Angola, Namibe Between Namibe and Lubango, in uppermost portion of Rio Girant Canyon and just extending on to top of mesa, roadside rock outcrops and on top of mesa, abundant in drainage areas. 15.06751 S, 12.29900 E. 124m elevation.leaves extremely sticky and characteristically broadly ovate and cordate at base, not obviously glandular, leaves glabrous to odorless, flowering abundantly, corollas with longish tube, pale pink to dark white, yellow nectar guides.
