Esp. in shaded places. Erect to straggling herb, 30-40cm tall. Leaf: aloiffe central vein, cn top of leaf, cluster of small bumps. Corolla: two standard-like petals are bright orange- yellow; others are dark-brown to black. Stamens: yellow, with dark brown anthers. Gynacium: style is yellow to red-brown; receptacle is brown.
