80 feet; d.b.h. 12 inches. Bark dark
brown, rough, with shallow, ragged
fissures; lenticels raised, abundant.
Inner bark red. Blaze dark orange,
corky. Wood pale orange. Exudate absent.
Odour absent. Leaves dark green on upper
surface; green to glaucous on lower
surface. Young cones yellow. Seed
yellow-green. Local name Nelil (2).
