Elevation: 2300 meters. 17?03'45"S. 65°56'04"W. Epiphytic lichen. Growing on a fallen tree on the slope above the river. Locally abundant. Thalli pale green with a chocolate brown underside. Habitat: patches of disturbed 2° forest interspersed among fields. Vegetation type: Bosque Nublado.
