Montane; slight to moderate slope with an easterly
aspect. Epiphytic on *Acacia* branches in moist *Eucalyptus*
forest with *Drimys lanceolata*. *Acacia* understorey.
Growing with *Nephroma* sp., *Pseudocyphellaria* sp.,
*Parmelia* sp., and mosses. Frequent overlapping thalli
forming patches 6-15cm across.
