According to the donor, this lichei -like
plant is oredited with the following uses t
(1) steeped with pig's-feet It is eaten as
a ours for night sweating. (2) steeped in
olear water« the resulting tea Is taken as
« cure if or Indigestion* (3) Incinerated,
the wh, mixed with Tea Oil, Is used I»
the treatment ©f imrns. (4) When cooked
with vegetables, it is said to retard the
spoilage of the dish when kept overnight
in warn weather.
