Añangu. Rain forest on level, periodically inundated
ground, dominated by palms, near the outlet of Rio
Añangu into Rio Napo, in the Parque Nacional Yasuní.
Alt. ca. 250 m. (7b°24fW 0°31 'S) 30 June-9 July, 1982.
DBH 19.9 cm. No buttresses. Bark light brown, finely
fissured, 8 mm thick, slash reddish, with clear sap.
