Mixed hardwood (Acer, Betula lenta, Carpinus, Carya, Ilex opaca, Liriodendron, Magnolia fraseri, Quercus alba) – conifer (Pinus strobus, Tsuga) forest with sandstone outcrops and Rhododendron maximum-Leucothoe thickets in riparian areas. on fallen Tsuga branch.
