Description
Tree 24m x 31 cm dia. Bole 10m, straight, cylindrical. Branching sympodial ascending & then spreading. Buttresses v.sl., steep, to 40 cm up trunk. Bark grey/brown, prominent vertical ridges, some horizontal markings. Slash deep purple red-brown, 10mm. Wood a very pale buff. Flowers immature, in terminal racemes. Young petals and anthers yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
