Brazil, Mato Grosso: South-facing slopes of mountain immediately
bordering Barra do Gargas to the N. 15° 52.388'S, 52° 15.535'W. 587
m elevation. Dry, semi-deciduous forest. Woody herb to 0.5 m, only
with old, dried corollas, mature fruits brown, relatively common on
dry, rocky slopes.
