Depto. Santa Cruz, Prov. Vallegrande, 2.6 km (by old
portion of road) N of center of Muyurina, along highway from
Mataral to Vallegrande, along now dry Río La Ciénega, near
the bridge.
18°20’06”S, 64°09’52”W. alt. 1655 m.
Broad valley bottom, with a few pools of water. Grazed, arid
scrub with Hárrisia tetracantha, Opuntia, Cleistocactus,
Prosopis alba, P. kuntzei, Ephedra triandra, Achatocarpus.
Erect herb on floodplain.
