Subsite B: In mesic, loamy, south-facing slope (about 20
degree slope) dominated by Artemisia tridentata ssp.
vaseyana and Pseudoroegneria spicata on quartzite
substrate.
Shrub, low-growing, 1-3dm. Leaves tomentose, toothed at
apex. Inflorescence spiciform.
