is not uncommon in and about Manila, and is the only one of
he genus te be found in the vicinity of the city. Blanco’s de

SITS®. bfter,thr to any 0ther known Philippine
species of the entire family Asclepiadaceae. Llanos’s descrin
ferred it T* 7° ¿S*"* I Vefy P°°r- Feraandez-Villar trans-
Tylophera as a valid species. .If a Tylophora it is
probably a form of T. perrottetiana Dcrie. The petals of this
species, however, are never more than very sligMy refuse and
can hardly be described as bifid as Llanos indicated for the form
he described. Llanos’s species is not represented among hS
specimens m the de Candolle herbarium - ' ' ?
