In openings of oak thicket. Locally common.

Description
Stems numerous, ascending at a low angle; inflorescence branched below, secund; sepals spreading apically; corolla flat and 2-ridged ventrally, bulged above, the lobes spreading at an angle or the lower lip projecting, the lobes blue, the throat white within ventrally with red-violet lines, blue-violet without; staminode yellow bearded, included; longer pair of anthers exserted. Phenology of specimen: Fertile, Flower.
