San Martin, San Martin. Progreso, village in the first valley of
the Cerro Escalera, from Tarapoto after the tunnel, along
Tarapoto-Yurimaguas road. On the foothill of the second
range, flat top on sandstone, nutrient poor soil with thick
humus layer.
