Shrub to 1.5 m. tall growing under canopy. Flower
spike to 7 cm. long. White during development 2-3
cm. Spike green when mature.
N.v. "kwepe weoko" Leaves cooked with "manapu",
drunk to "clean body". Induces vomiting.
