    Slight boggy depression with scattered Melaleuca shrubs (KW10662) surrounded by scalded claypan with scattered Eucalyptus populnea - no Triodia or Allocasuarina luehmannii right here. Red sandy silty soil.

  • Description

    Culms terete, yellow-green (septa not obvious externally but can be felt by running fingernail down culm). Abundant in shallow water (< 5 cm) and mud. Also Eleocharis plana and E. pusilla (KW 10666) and Eryngium (10661).
