  • Habitat

    Shallow sandy creek with scattered pools of water, with Eucalyptus cf. camaldulensis on banks, and Callitris glaucophylla woodland beyond. Also Cyperus flaccidus (KW 10811), C. difformis, C. cf. lucidus (vegetative except for one old inflorescence), Lipocarpha microcephala (KW 10812), Juncus psammophilus.

    Frequent on sandy bed beside road. Culms pliable, greyed yellow-green. Tufts more or less prostrate (?from flooding - extensive rain the previous week). .
