Pileus: 2.5 cm broad, convex, glabrous, 7.5 YR 5.5/6. Gills: shite, adroxed to nearly free, close. Stem: 2.5 cm x 5 mm, tapering towards apex, apex 10 YR 7/4, bore 7.5 YR 5/5. Phenology of specimen: Basidiomata.
