Description
Palm to 8 m, dbh 25 cm, leaves pinnate, sheath ca. 1 m, grey, petiole 30 cm, rachis 2.10 m, leaves in a single plane, basal 50 cm x 3 cm, middle 58 cm x 10 cm; apical 15 cm x 3 cm wide, 30-31 pinnae per side. Fruits 4.5 x 3.0 cm, red, inflorescence with white rachillae.
