Tropical lowland evergreen forest along gravelly and silty banks of river. Small tree, 6 m. tall, 10 cm. in diameter; sap milky. Fruit hanging, pale green, prob- ably full size or nearly so, dehiscing during drying but none seen open on tree. Coll.: M.
