GUYANA. Region: Cuyuni-Mazaruni. Pakaraima Mts,
between Koatse River and Chinowieng Village. 05°27'N,
60°04'W. Elev. 700 to 800 m. White sand savanna with
periodic sandstone sheetrock; occasional gallery and
scrub forests, terrain undulating. Heib 0.6 m; stem
maroon; peduncles green; perianth yellow with strong
maroon mottling, maroon distally. Lip purple, yellow
along outer margin; column maroon.
