and looking more like typical P. caroliniana; occasional in
patch of wetland herbaceous vegetation in mud in unshaded
hog wallow on low part of mown access road along flood
control channel, SW side of Red Gully ca. 1850 feet SE of
Old Richmond Road bridge, at N29°37’47.5”,
W095°40’ 10.6”. Elev. ca. 75 ft. SW part of Cullinan Park
in Sugar Land.
Associates included Altemanthera philoxeroides, Bacopa monnieri,
Cynodon dactylon, Eichhomia crassipes, Equisetum sp., Limnosciadium
pumilum, Ludwigia sp., Phalaris caroliniana, Rumex crispus, Veronica
peregrina.
