woodland/grassland in sandy soil, sandstone and quartz rocks on slopes, with
Quercus fusiformis, Q. stellata, Diospyros texana, Prosopis glandulosa, and
Mimosa borealis predominating.
White ray flowers, yellow disk flowers (with pink highlights on rays).
Common in open fields.
Lat. 30° 52' 40" N, Long. 99° 3' 8" W.	1600 feet elev.
