Mixed restinga vegetation on sand, with high forest, low trees and shrubs, and sedge meadow with open wet areas on white sand.

Description
Tree to 6 m. Leaves with coriaceous arching leaflets rather bright glossy green above, grey-green beneath. Calyx tawny green. Corolla tawny green. Stamens white. Flowers slightly perfumed. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
