Premontane/cloud forest. Terrestrial herb, 5-10 cm tall; occasionally
epiphytic. Leaves búllate; adaxially dark green; abaxially light green.
Corolla white and tubular. Note: J.L. Clark # 8585 with non-bullate
leaves. Photographs of this collection are in the Gesneriaceae photo file
(US).
