Habitat: Mesquite terrace, sandy-loamy soil.
Associated spp: Sporobolus wrightii, Prosopis velutina, Viguiera dentata,
Rhus microphylloa, Chamaesyce stictospora, C. serpyllifolia, Acalypha
ostryifolia, Tidestroemia lanuginosa.
Notes: Common annual ca 15 cm, appendages white.
