Collected from plant with stem ca. 2 m
tall and 7-10 cm (estim.) diameter.
Seed up to 5-8 m tall. Frond: Stipe
1.9 m, blade 1.4 m, pinnae to 65 cm.
Blade slightly reduced at base and
basal pinnae cocked upward. Pinnae in
general bend toward base of frond, not
forward. Apex looks like end of a pinna.
