Peninsular Range: Gavilan Hills, c. 0.75 mile south-southeast of
Steele Peak, 0.6 mile E of Hammack Ranch, and 5 miles
north-northeast of Lake Elsinore (Lake Elsinore 7.5’ Q.:
33°44'36"N, 117°18'05"W,±1000m). Alt.: 579m/1900ft. Steep
hills with coastal sage scrub and small canyons with intermittent
riparian vegetation along ephemeral streams.
Annual, in moist soil.
