grasslands with Gentianella sanctimatthaei, Hypericum andinum,
in wide depression at top of ridge, with shallow lakes and Isoetes.
The surrounding low hills and slopes with cloud forest and mossy
elfin woodland with Gaultheria bracteata, G.vaccinioides, Polyclita
turbinata.

Epiphytic on Weinmannia near ridgetop.
