spore length: 3 microns; spore width: 3 microns; spore shape: round; spore texture: warted; spore color: brown; spore print color: brown. DNA analysis in 2015 combined with the macro and micro information along with Dr. Andrew Methven's close study of the actual voucher specimen in 2015 (see annotations), confirmed this specimen is Geastrum saccatum.
