Description
spore length: n/d; spore width: n/d; spore shape: n/d; spore texture: n/d; spore color: n/d; spore print color: n/d. The Genus and species are easy to identify from field guides. The specimen was so wet that it was as if I cut an artery and it was bleeding all over my hand while I was picking it. Close examination by Dr. Methven (see annotation above) combined with the 2015 DNA analysis confirmed that this specimen is Tremella foliacea.
