Notes: Remnant roadside secondary forest with Castanopsis,
occurring on steep slope above river.
Erect to open shrub 2.5 m high. Leaves mid green above, pale
dusty green below. Bracts yellow-green with maroon tinge
distally; flowers pinkish red. Fruits not seen.
