    Toe slope above unforested willow streambottom. Slope 50 %, northern exposure. Pinus contorta, Symphoriocarpus alba and Amelanchier alnifolia.

  • Description

    Trees resemble Abies concolor, distinct appearance from others in population, leaves longer, branches longer and more widely spaced. Bark is typical of Abies lasiocarpa. DBH 24 inches. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.
