    Slope 10 %, northern exposure. Open mixed age forest of Picea pungens, Abies lasiocarpa & Pinus contorta; Abies lasiocarpa/Thalictrum occidenatlis habitat type with high cover of Amelanchier alnifolia; Populous tremuloides & Rosa woodsii.

  • Description

    Tree resembles Abies concolor in leaf length and stomatal bands; bark and leaf resin ducts typical of Abies lasiocarpa. Height 80 ft., DBH 24 inches. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.
