Province of Azuay. Cuenca. Parroquia Banos. Hacien-
da Yanasacha.
Second growth cloud forest, dominant trees includ-
ing Weinmannia, Embothrium, Rapanea, Escallonia and
Vallea. 3000-3200 m., deep sunken trail, on wall of
gulley.
Terrestrial, rhizomes brown.
