highway, an area with saltmarsh with Salicomia, Batis,
Borrichia, Monanthochloe, Distichlis, Suaeda, Lycium etc.
Area inundated at low tide.
Very common on slight raises above the tidal influence, fls.
yellow, stigmas dark yellow, to 1.5 ft tall, lvs. gray-green,
near 27°51’N, 97°21’W
