    Stabilized and active sand dunes along S side of the shallow, intermittent river. Grassy, with scattered shrubs, grading into scrub forest.

    Slender vine over grassy sand. All flowers closed (5:00 P.M.) on partly rainy, partly sunny afternoon. Standard violet-purple. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
