    Liana. Liana. Stems solitary, 5 m long, 3 cm diameter. Sheaths without spines or very few spines; petioles 53 cm long; rachises 196 cm long; pinnae 17 per side of rachis, regularly arranged, the apical ones much reduced. Sterile plant.
